I experienced this issue in Win10 where the PC would slowly freeze for 5-10 seconds, especially during gameplay or even just in the menu. Restarting via the reset button became necessary. This problem occurs most frequently with Counter Strike 2. I tried to resolve it but couldn't find a solution, so I switched to Windows 11. Now the PC no longer freezes but restarts on its own. The BSOD codes recorded were: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED, KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR, SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. Overheating isn't the cause, and I've performed various checks using the command prompt without success. Some games trigger this too, but other applications like Windows and 3D Mark work normally. I haven't changed drivers or added new components to cause this. The Event Viewer didn't provide useful information either.

System specifications:
i7 9700F
RTX 3080 FE
Z-270A
16Gb 3000Mhz Ballistix
Corsair RM750i
Samsung 970 Evo

Adjust the auto-restart feature in the settings to disable it during system failures. This will allow you to view information from the BSOD. Check the CPU and GPU temperatures while the system is under load.

Thank you, that resolved. The stop code is: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED
GPU is around 85° and CPU in the 60s°. Crashes also occur in the menu even when temperatures are still low.

This BSOD is usually caused by RAM issues. Try taking out one RAM stick and running with just one for a day or two—until you see the BSOD again. Then switch the RAM sticks and run with the other one for a day or two.

I have already attempted that. Just try inserting any slot and it still crashes.

Upload all files from C:\Windows\Minidump to the cloud and share public links. Also, upload all dumps from subfolders in C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports to the cloud.

Hello Flaffino,
It seems you're experiencing problems with Windows 11 and a memory issue. Got it?
Would you like to know if you have XMP enabled?

Hey, the issue began in Windows 10. I thought a fresh install would help.
XMP settings don't seem to matter.

There is no Minidump folder present. Additionally, the LiveKernelReports folder includes another empty directory named WATCHDOG.
