I’ve tried searching for the error code online, and it looks like a legacy code from the XP era warning you your Windows setup isn’t good and to fix or reinstall. But you already did a fresh install—unless something went wrong during that process. Also, verify your storage drives; it’s possible the installation area is corrupted.

The installer came directly from Microsoft. I prefer the newest version!

Would you like me to attempt installation on another drive just in case?

I work when I'm back at home. Right now, my Corsair MP600 PRO 1TB PCI-E Gen 4 SSD reports 98% health.

It seems you've explored nearly everything here. Nvidia GPU? A quick question: what's the bus speed your system uses? I've noticed cases where edge stability setups let the motherboard run above 100 MHz—sometimes around 100.3 MHz, even a bit higher. Adjusting it to 100.0 might help. Also, check the BIOS for any spread spectrum settings; if not enabled, turn it off.
