The title accurately reflects the situation. Recently, I changed my Windows to a bigger SSD. The cloning process turned off BitLocker on the new drive, so I had to re-enable it. The setup went smoothly, and I received my ID and recovery key. After restarting, the PC reported that its boot device was either "unattached or inaccessible," preventing access. I've tried troubleshooting and am seeking advice on getting back into my system without reinstalling Windows, especially since this issue hasn't happened before with BitLocker. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

adjust the boot order to the right partition.
how was the backup made?
are there any additional drives attached?
attempt to start using a Windows installation USB stick. then fix the Windows setup on your drive using it.

I attempted to fix it using some old installation media, but it didn't work for version 10. I'm trying to obtain fresh installation media from the MS site now. Do you have any alternative suggestions while I wait?

Do you have your original SSD still available? As discussed, you might attempt to clone it once more, but I suggest turning off Bitlocker before cloning the drive (this is my belief and likely the reason behind your problem) and then re-enabling it if needed. Also, are you worried that someone might steal your SSD and try to access its data? That would be the main purpose for enabling Bitlocker.
