You're experiencing some Bluetooth connectivity hiccups with your Windows 11 laptop. It seems the headphones display audio but don't actually produce sound, and your mouse struggles with reconnections. The issue seems to reset after a restart, then disappears again. Try checking Bluetooth settings, ensuring devices are properly paired, and updating drivers if needed.

It appears the problem is related to a BT device or driver. Try installing updated drivers or using an older version for your BT module on the laptop.
