In short, I powered down my PC and unplugged it to relocate it. After reconnecting, everything functioned normally until I started a YouTube video. Loading took an unusually long time, and once complete, there was no sound output. Checking the audio settings revealed the same issue described in the video—my audio interface would jump in and out of the menu, appearing briefly before looping endlessly. This pattern repeats each time I plug in the device. The interface model is a Presonos AudioBox USB96. Bluetooth also behaved erratically; my wireless earbuds would disconnect and reconnect intermittently. I've updated drivers, reinstalled Windows, and even reset the system, but nothing resolves the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Problem.mp4
