Windows 11 becomes unresponsive on a brand new Lenovo machine
A 4-day-old Lenovo desktop using Windows 11 is experiencing frequent freezes, requiring hard reboots to restore functionality. The installed software includes antivirus (WebRoot) and anti-malware (MalwareBytes), along with Google Chrome and Brave. Previous testing on other laptops with the same setup showed no issues, suggesting the problem might be specific to this PC. Any suggestions for possible causes? Thank you in advance.
There is 903 GB available on the SSD. It froze once during web browsing, and every other time when idle. This has only happened for the first time in five days. On most days it froze 1-2 times in the morning. I adjusted some power settings yesterday while troubleshooting.
