Hey everyone! I’m using an Apollo/Artemis/Moonlight configuration for my PC and other devices. On my TV I rely on Moonlight, as Artemis isn’t available yet. I’ve fine-tuned it for maximum performance over time and enjoy gaming on it. Still, there’s a small problem that bothers me a lot—it’s hard to find a solution since it seems so straightforward.

I’ve turned on Windows Hello Pin on my PC and decided to keep it enabled because it adds a layer of security for sensitive data. I use it to unlock various programs like password managers, cloud storage, and more, which is why I prefer the convenience of a PIN over other methods.

This means I can’t launch a game right away after turning on my PC. I have to open the desktop, turn on the on-screen keyboard, use my Apple TV remote to enter six digits, and then exit Moonlight before reopening Steam. It gets tedious over time.

I’ve already posted about this issue on another forum, but every workaround I tried—PowerShell scripts, automation attempts—fell short. The main problem seems to be that Windows doesn’t automatically select the PIN field like it does for other tasks once logged in, probably for security reasons.

I’m hoping someone has a clever idea to help me resolve this. Thanks for your support!
