Hello, your question is clear. You have an older gaming laptop with an Intel i7-6700HQ processor that previously ran well for gaming but now you mainly use it for League of Legends. You're considering installing Windows 11 and noticed the system doesn't support Secure Boot or the required CPU model. You also mentioned TPM 2.0 is present. Use Rufus to generate the bootable file, it will prompt you about meeting the prerequisites.

Yes, you receive the same updates and support for Win 11 as with a regular installation.

Yup, may need a bit more manual involvement getting a couple drivers but overall no difference between officially allowed (not supported, specific choice of words here) and not allowed device.

Thanks for coming on board, I'm glad you're satisfied. I noticed your PC recognizes UEFI and Secure Boot, but it seems the drive settings are configured as MBR instead of GPT. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

You mentioned needing manual setup for the IGPU driver since it's not available for Windows 11, but I managed without issues for the GTX 950M.
