There is a downgrade window for you to be able to keep all your stuff, though it's only something like 2 weeks long (I forget the exact amount, either way it's really short). You can still install Windows 10 with a clean install, but you can't keep all your stuff after that 2 week period is over. You probably shouldn't upgrade to Windows 11 if you're worried about having to downgrade, it still is pretty buggy and effectively still in beta (no matter what Microsoft says about it being release ready). Also, those upgrade with keeping all your stuff things can break some stuff, so if you really want to, you should probably do a clean install of Windows 11.
