I haven't had any stutters before, and I don't expect to have them now. Are you referring to a particular problem?

I've been using Windows 11 (12th Gen Intel) for gaming for a year, and I've never experienced any problems or slowdowns.

It seems to impact users with AMD CPUs and Nvidia GPUs more than anything, though I’m aware Win11 and Ryzen have always been tough.
