Are you looking for the penguin OS? Or are you after something different? If it's a Windows 10 problem, maybe a Linux host OS and Windows in a virtual setup would work better. I doubt I'll take any action, but I guess something you think is unimportant could matter. ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯
