I thought this was already well-known. Microsoft has already put in place a kind of "kill switch" for unauthorized games, extending its reach further. Keep in mind you agreed to the EULA when using the OS, and Microsoft can adjust those terms at any time. This is just another point within that contract that may be altered without prior notice.
