Hi, I've faced this problem for more than a year now... It happens sporadically (can't pinpoint the cause, it seems unpredictable): chrome tabs can't be dragged. Windows sometimes flashes or shows up briefly, making it unclickable, or appears but doesn't respond when clicked—especially with multiple open programs. Using the middle mouse button to scroll causes a flashing effect that doesn't function properly. Highlighting in text while clicking can make typing very challenging. Occasionally, scrolling on map-heavy websites leads to full-page movement and a lack of zoom. This issue started on a 7-year-old Windows 10 system, but I upgraded to Windows 11 recently, with all updates applied. I've only installed new software and kept the same hardware.

PC Specs: CPU – Intel i9-13900, RAM – 32 GB, GPU – Nvidia 4090. Peripherals: Razer Death Adder V2 X Hyperspeed (also worked on a 2013 wired model), Razer Black Widow Chroma V2, Razer Kraken.

I suspect it might be related to Razer Synapse 3 or Wall Paper Engine, but removing them didn't resolve it. I unplugged my mouse and used a cheaper Logitec model, but the problem continued. I'm attempting to record the issue on screen but haven't succeeded yet—will share the file soon. Thanks for your help! Attached are the installed apps. Capture.mp4
