They have an RTX 3060 Ti and I just updated the OS yesterday. Everything worked before, my HDMI was connected. Now it shows incompatibility with the system.

They used a keyboard without a visible screen, so they had to bring it along with their phone. The update looks fine.
I haven't encountered a system this outdated in real use. I'd be interested in viewing the Windows Update interface.
