Windows 10 won't install
Windows 10 won't install
Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up Windows 10 on two SSDs using RAID 0. I accessed my UEFI BIOS on an ASUS Maximus V Formula motherboard and configured the SATA controller for RAID. I created a RAID array with the Corsair Force GT 120 and the WD Green 120 drives, which worked fine. I used a Windows 10 flash drive for installation. My system lists the RAID drive but says I can't install Windows there. After some research, I found that I need an Intel RST driver on another flash drive and added it to the load drivers menu. I cleaned the disk, converted it to GPT, then MBR, and now I'm trying to install in AHCI mode. Could you help me figure out if I have the correct Intel RST version or if my setup is off?
I'd skip RAID and just install it on a single SSD, leaving the other as regular storage.
