I just reached out to Microsoft, and a representative from India answered my call. It was frustrating trying to get my full product key because she kept making mistakes. After several attempts, she finally got it right. She mentioned that she escalated my issue to a department I couldn't understand. When I asked if they could provide a new product key, she assured me they would and would call me within 48 hours. Sounds like a reasonable plan, right? I just hope they don’t cancel my key.
