It seems the issue only appears now after a recent fix, not during the original problem. It wasn't caused by the 1903 update and likely stems from a newer OEM installation around 18xx. The problem probably isn't internet-related, as confirmed by testing with iperf3. Are you sure your system is fully updated to Windows?

I confirmed the newest version was reinstalled but didn't notice any changes. It seems I should hold off until the next major update since I won't be reinstalling Windows again.

I expected to switch to Linux for copying big files, but it actually worked fine. It was strange, though—I wasn’t sure if it was affecting my internet speed. My connection maxed out at around 120Mbit, so maybe there’s a limit where it can’t keep up with yours.

I resolved the issue by adjusting the configuration. The previous step to disable the setting caused the problem, but once I changed it, everything worked again.

It's interesting how things turned out. I disabled the feature, didn't resolve it, then reactivated it. I'm unsure if I gave up before realizing the fix was in place. Could you confirm the initial settings?

It was turned off, but since I didn't disable it, the issue likely relates to a Windows update.

It's definitely not what it seemed, or at least it didn't feel that way. You never really know how Windows behaves.
