Hey there, I've faced a similar problem with Windows and my internet connection. The odd thing is that my speed shows up under Ubuntu, even though I'm still having issues. I've tried putting Windows in Safe Mode and reinstalling the network driver, but nothing seems to work. Anyone else have experienced the same thing? Check out the screenshots below!

I encountered issues while setting up my network card drivers. When I didn’t install them, the default settings worked well. You might try uninstalling the driver and letting Windows handle it instead.

Are you certain it's not just another server with the same name? Consider using a different one.

You're asking for clarity on what you truly intend. Using any speedtest server should give consistent results.

The new network card has the same problem. Everything works on Ubuntu.

I encountered an issue with my laptop from the moment I purchased it, but it vanished unexpectedly. At the time, nothing I did appeared to resolve it, and I couldn't identify a specific update that worked. Just one day later, everything seemed normal again.

The most unusual thing is that when I run a VM on my Windows OS in bridge mode, it utilizes the full available capacity. However, using the genuine Windows client with the same NIC only provides around 170%.

I tried disabling QoS on the particular network adapter by adjusting settings, but it didn’t help much initially. After reviewing again, removing the QoS Packet Sheduler seems to improve consistency.

It didn't alter anything, unfortunately.
