This release brings quality enhancements. Key fixes include enabling HSTS for certain gov.uk sites that previously couldn't be reached via Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge. Addresses installation problems linked to the "0x800f081f - CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING" error. After setup, the system version should read 18362.116. Temporary workaround available if Windows Defender or Windows Sandbox is active during installation. To resolve registry issues, use admin credentials and restart the machine.

There are additional features available. Windows Sandbox works with Windows 10 Pro and later. Extended Windows Search offers new settings, making standard applications removable. Windows update modifications can now be deleted.

Windows 10 Version 1903 introduces several fresh visual updates, including a new "Light Theme" for a cleaner appearance. Cortana and Search now operate independently. The Search feature has been enhanced. You can pause updates for Windows 10 Home.
