You can adjust the visual settings to reduce contrast levels. Regarding themes, they often require higher contrast for proper display and readability. Lower contrast may make text or elements hard to see, which is why many systems restrict theme usage without sufficient contrast.

Sorry, there isn't a single button for dark mode across all applications. Some programs offer community-driven settings, so checking platforms like GitHub might help. What software are you finding difficult to use? I'd be happy to take a look.
