I've completed everything before. I've also attempted to set up Linux, but the issue persists—no Windows logo appears, only a spinning motherboard bar in the bottom-left corner, and no further progress occurs.

Windows installs basic drivers for the hardware on your system. When relocating computers, it attempts to locate alternative drivers for new parts. After installing Windows from a laptop, did you install MSI MBOO drivers for all components before moving devices? You might want to boot from a "rescue" setup such as Hiren's BootCD or SystemRescue. If using a USB drive, try starting with the simplest configuration—no SSD and just one RAM stick—to help pinpoint the issue causing the freeze.

Switch to a different USB port. If that doesn't resolve the issue, consider downgrading the motherboard's BIOS settings and verify the BIOS security features such as TPM. If problems persist, reach out to MSI support and the MMO vendor immediately.

I just sent in a return request for the CPU and motherboard, planning to receive replacement parts. The same components will be used again, so I'm checking if this affects the result.
