Hey! It sounds like your monitor keeps showing 2560x1440 even though you set it to 3840x2160. This could be due to a display calibration issue or a software glitch. Try checking your graphics settings, ensuring the resolution matches your monitor’s capabilities, and resetting display settings if needed. If the problem persists, contacting support for your monitor or Windows might help.

No, I haven't checked that yet. Have you tried updating your graphics driver?

Your NVIDIA drivers are up to date, and in the control panel's resolution section the monitor is configured at 3840x2160 (native).

Consider performing a DDU and reinstalling the newest driver. Also, check the connection type for your monitor—HDMI or DisplayPort? What is your refresh rate? It might be the cable causing issues.

It seems the problem occurs when switching to 1440p in Black Desert Online, as the game lowers the resolution afterward. Windows can't restore the original 4K setting once the game is closed. I think I resolved it by playing in full 4K, and I'll check again after rebooting.
