I've experienced these problems since switching to Windows 10. Are there any options to adjust settings that might help? It seems the system can freeze completely, YouTube fails to load, or apps crash. These issues didn't occur with Windows 8 or 7. Also, please don't suggest reinstalling Windows unless you're certain it's necessary.

I haven't experienced this before since the moment the system becomes sluggish, I immediately recognize the issue and begin the Windows update.
