Hello, my device is freezing during the update: 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 on x64 systems (KB4523205) - Error 0xca00a000 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1809 on x64 (KB4486153) - Error 0x8000ffff It states I'm on 1809. I've restarted the services, set it to automatic, and even disabled all non-Windows services at startup. I've also tried downloading the update offline, but it shows "the update is not applicable." I've installed net framework versions 4.8, 1809, 1903 and 1909, but still get the same message. After clearing all files in SoftwareDistribution, nothing changed. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, F.

Have you attempted to modify the system yourself?
