Hello, Your Windows 10 update has been paused on a blurry loading circle for an hour (refer to the image below). By the way, it began correctly with the percentage and blue background.

Is there a disk activity indicator on your case? Does it turn on and off?

It seems unusual. The power button often flashes while using the PC, but it appears to be just a static light at the moment.
