I've encountered a lot of issues here; my taskbar looks really messed up. Cortana works fine under any condition, even without the app. I can't use Edge, pin or unpin apps, or access the store. There are other problems I haven't figured out yet. Windows seems so faulty that even the scan tool stops at 16%. I don't know what caused it, but I'd really appreciate some advice since I'm not keen on reinstalling or updating. Some apps, like BF1, are especially hard to fix.

Launch Task Manager and then close Windows Explorer. Restart it afterward.

It's strange, but that usually resolves the issue. Have you attempted to power it off and then turn it back on?

I'm not able to post screenshots. Would you like me to describe what the image looks like instead?

No obvious problems detected. +1 for Radeon ReLive. Can you open the Windows settings app and check if the taskbar visibility is toggled? Try enabling it there. If that doesn't help, a registry issue might be the cause.

Executed the cleanup commands one after another, allowing each to run for an hour. Then performed the scan with sfc /scannow. The process should resolve any issues.
