Have you made any changes to Windows recently? That's usually the reason the task manager fails to respond.

It hasn't been functioning for a while, so I don't believe updates are the issue.

It seems the CPU isn't fully operational, but everything else functions properly except for Task Manager. The issue appears to be with the Task Manager itself, which isn't working.

It seems like that’s not quite what it used to be. You’re running way more programs than usual, and some of them look pretty suspicious.
