I've been using Windows 10 since its release and noticed that shadow copies consume a lot of space on default settings. I tried adjusting them similarly to what I did in Windows 8, but the path options are different now. Have you seen any changes regarding shadow copy storage size in Windows 10?

It’s about bringing things back to their original state. When you change a file, it keeps a copy of the previous version, giving you a full backup of everything.
