I turned off all system startup services to try and access the game, but now my PC is completely offline with no internet, sound, or search functionality. I’m stuck and can’t reach msconfig because the search bar isn’t working. What should I do next?

Identify settings without using a search bar

I attempted it, but safe mode services remain completely turned off. Even the search feature is disabled. Basically, I messed everything up.

To turn off the search bar, enable Cortana first. Press the Windows key (between Ctrl + Alt) and hold it, then press R. After that, type "msconfig.exe" and press Enter.
