Yes every boot. and no it doesnt run at all , says disk checking with the loading animation and directly takes to the login screen.

I executed the disk check by right-clicking the C drive, selecting check disk, and it displayed "drive in use." I restarted and then proceeded with the check. When I clicked on the drive, the prompt appeared twice for "press any key to skip disk check." After that, I was directed to the login screen as usual.

It seems you're testing a fix by switching drives and checking for issues. Did you just remove the files you made with Linux?

The delay continues. I didn’t generate any file; instead, I transferred several .blend files from the hard drive to the live USB.

You're experiencing issues when mounting a Windows drive in Linux. It's unclear why this occurs, but it seems to happen occasionally. You might want to either skip the problem or back up your data before trying a reinstall.

The startup time is extremely long and hard to overlook. I plan to reinstall soon. Mounting in Linux refers to how the system accesses storage devices. In PopOS, both the HDD and C drive appeared in the file explorer, which suggests they were mounted.
