Hello, Your Windows 10 is launching in about 80 seconds. You have an SSD, you tried formatting and it worked, then it restarted. You also used another SSD and it still works. It seems recent updates might have caused issues. What should you do next?

Create an offline account and log into separate Microsoft services as needed. Turn off any additional startup programs.

The longest wait occurs during the boot process before the login screen appears or while logging in. If you encounter issues, try using a local account as suggested by JakeJigsaw and ensure your drivers are current.
