It's clear you're dealing with unwanted vibrations from your hard drives. They seem to be causing noise even when the system is quiet, especially at night while browsing. The issue persists despite a fresh Windows installation and no active programs or games running. You've tried disabling the defender and excluding partitions from real-time scans, but the problem continues. It might be worth checking if a future update resolves this permanently, bringing it back to the behavior seen in older versions like Windows 7 or 8.1.

Windows installation is not working correctly. All features have been activated, which might be causing the issue. Adjust the settings and avoid starting from scratch each time, as this will not fix the problem. Good luck!
