Sure, I made the changes to the date, time, and language settings. The process began after the Windows 10 cumulative update today.

Adjusting the locale to English US. The language selection doesn't affect anything. While you're in the language area, please remove any extra languages and their corresponding packs. In the image with the drop, they appear as strange symbols instead of Chinese characters.
