I dislike the glass look of Vista and 7, and I've never used them for personal computing. I prefer the designs of other Windows releases. You can also personalize Windows 10 with third-party themes to change its appearance.

Windows 10 offers a contemporary look and you can disable all the tiles to resemble Windows 7. 7 is reliable, but 10 represents the next step forward.

The glass look wasn't my top choice either. For Windows 10, I don’t really like third-party tweaks. I stick to a black theme with mostly black backgrounds. All the live tiles were also taken out from the start menu from the beginning.

Are there any external tools available that can transform Windows 10 to resemble Vista or 7? I’ve tried Classic Shell, but it’s been problematic.
