The issue involves frequent power-saving mode activation, despite changing performance settings and reinstalling drivers. No luck with other power modes either.

Have you attempted to reset the BIOS? If not, reinstall Windows without an internet connection and install drivers offline, disabling automatic installation (turn it off in Windows).
