Hey there, I saw you switched to Windows 10 and noticed your monitor was stuck at a lower resolution. When you tried to adjust it, the system only accepted the maximum setting. In Windows 8.1, your display was set to 1920x1080. Someone might be able to help fix this issue.

I experienced identical problems, so I would restart the system and verify that the GPU drivers are up to date.

I don’t have a direct link to the R9 270x drivers, but you can usually find them on the official AMD website or reputable gaming forums.

Added the chipset and GPU driver installers. No adjustments needed; accessed settings but couldn't modify anything.
