You need to reset your Microsoft account password again so Windows can authenticate without an internet connection.

Following the password update, you can sign in using it online, and upon the next restart, you should be able to log in without an internet connection.

Use the updated password during an active internet connection, then switch to offline mode afterward. Alternatively, set up a local account rather than a Microsoft account.
