Hi, I'm facing this bothersome problem with Windows taking a long time to close. In the Event Viewer, there are three events listed—one labeled 203 and two labeled 200. The 203 is identified as the DHCP Client Service. When I open Services and attempt to disable that service to observe the outcome, it still returns an error: "Windows couldn't stop the DHCP Client Service on local computer Error 5 access denied." Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
