Hello, your PC from Xidax with Windows 10 is showing a watermark in the bottom right corner. You’ve removed it, but color adjustments still don’t work. You’ve tried changing monitor and GeForce settings, but nothing helps. Is there another solution besides purchasing a new product key?

Did you purchase the windows interface from Xidax? If yes, contact their support team—they can resolve the issue. Does the package contain a product key?

If the PC was meant to be activated, reach out to the seller who sold it and have them resolve the issue. If not, obtain a genuine product key and enter it during activation. Only activating Windows will remove the watermark and let you customize your color preferences.

I placed the order with them. They installed it at a location where I only needed to connect to the internet, link my email, and then turn it on. I followed every instruction provided with the PC. I’ll reach out to them to check if they can assist further.

Have you looked over the boxes that came with the PC? Possibly there’s a serial sticker, a DVD with paperwork, or a manual included. If you do, you can reach out to Microsoft directly to activate it. If I recall correctly, they usually send a quick activation line and your license should already be set up in theory. They might even provide a text file in the drivers or store a backup if they built the PC for you.

I reached out to Xidax who provided instructions for locating your product key via the command prompt. It seems you may need to enter this code each time you power on your PC.

It's strange to reduce the product key on paper first. Then try opening Windows. If I recall, it will prompt you to call Microsoft and provide a code from the activation window. You'll need to enter that code to fully activate, which can take about ten minutes but is much easier than entering the code every time the PC starts.
