Windows 10 repair process stuck in a loop...
Over the last couple of years, I've faced this problem... My PC would power down when the electricity cut, even with an APC Battery backup surge protector in place. One day it happened and my APC shut down the computers too. I disconnected all cords, including those from the APC device, then restarted. After that, I got stuck in a Windows 10 Repair Boot loop, repeatedly repairing the boot sequence before reaching Windows 10 Professional x64. My internal server, running Windows 10 Professional X32, didn't experience this issue. Eventually, I searched the Microsoft registry fixes online and found a solution via the website. Now I'm stuck with a video showing my current error, as tech support keeps sending me the same registry repair instructions.
