It seems you want to pinpoint the issue by checking the hardware. Remove the entire build from the case and create a temporary workstation on a motherboard enclosure. Connect only the essential components. Check again to confirm the problem remains.

It seems like the device is having trouble staying on or waking up properly. Check that "Wake on LAN" is turned off in the BIOS settings. If it receives a ping, it should activate even when powered down. As long as the machine has power available, it shouldn't be completely inactive—just ensure charging support is enabled for USB devices.

Wake-on-LAN is turned off along with all other wake settings. It also activates when I connect my Corsair Void Wireless receiver.
