It looks like you're currently in a low-power state. Disable it now. Launch CMD with administrator privileges and execute the command to turn off hibernate.

Puts the computer into sleep mode without powering it off completely, allowing it to be easily resumed by moving the mouse or pressing the keyboard.

I'm shutting it down. Even if it were, I still turned it off. Also, I disabled waking up from keyboard input in Device Manager.

I just moved to Windows 10. I used to face the same problem where it would turn on unexpectedly with Windows 7, but it worked then. I don’t recall exactly what I did. Starting from the keyboard now feels different.

It appears the problem could be linked to BIOS configuration or a hardware issue. Possible actions to address this include: Verifying power management settings in BIOS for proper setup and checking for scheduled wake-up events. Unplugging all external devices and peripherals (such as mouse, keyboard, external hard drive) to determine if any are causing the issue. Running a clean boot to remove software conflicts. Updating BIOS and drivers to the most recent versions. Replacing the keyboard or mouse if you suspect they may be defective. As a last resort, reset the CMOS or perform a full system restore. If none of these work, consider rolling back a Windows update or driver from NVIDIA or similar sources.

According to the bios, it comes from the bios and not Device Manager @Los Serpent
