It’s not private; it’s using a Windows 10 installation with a free upgrade key from Windows 7. The lack of the spinning dot might indicate a problem, but it could also be due to other factors. Check if the system is booting correctly and see if any updates are available.

Not sure what that means, but it's not supposed to be like that, but the black desktop background could be an indicator, as long as Windows is working I see no problem though.

I've also observed that the scan halts at 0% for about half an hour and doesn't progress to 1%. It worked once after executing the command shown in the image, even though it seemed to fail. Running the command in PowerShell (as admin) showed it could restart successfully.
