I discovered how customers become frustrated with Apple. The drive SSD RAID was updated fine, plus an M.2 drive for Windows 10 Pro worked without issues. I bought Windows 10 Pro from the Microsoft Store for workstations, but it’s no longer available there. Can’t update it anymore. They didn’t answer when I called Microsoft, just hung up. It’s really disappointing. I’m out of my 165 CAD, which was the price for the upgrade in January 2019. They called me back two days later, told me to try again, but said I should have reached out earlier. They still didn’t help. I canceled my Xbox Gold and moved to Linux. Hello Apple and Linux community—anyone can assist?

Begin with a relaxed tone. Next, confirm whether the "purchased products" or "downloads" area is absent when accessing the MS website. This seems to be your question? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/window...7gmgf0dw9s

There used to be an option to upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 10 Pro for workstations in the Microsoft Store, but that feature has been discontinued.

Currently can't add it, so I'm limited to Windows 10 Pro.

Have you checked if your Workstation key is already installed on your Windows version? It seems like one of the methods to upgrade might involve using that key. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9582...tions.html

I resolved the issue using an older ESD USB with Windows 1808. Installed offline. Connected to the internet but disabled updates. Tried the store sign-in, searched for Pro Install Workstation. Restarted the computer and performed a full install using a duplicate M.2 drive to check if the problem persists.
