Yep I am on Windows Insider program and have had this for about a week. Its awesome! Can't wait for DX 12 games to come out!

I actually replaced the drivers for 8.1 this morning since the NVIDIA updates caused crashes every time I tried.

I'll upgrade my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and perform a clean installation next.

It depends on whether you can get it for Windows 7 or 8.1. You might need to wait a bit longer.
