Remain in 32-bit, a new key is required and a fresh install is needed to upgrade to 64-bit

The same password works for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, but you shouldn't use them together. Running them simultaneously requires a different key. Store packages that include both 32-bit and 64-bit versions under one product key.

You can use your Microsoft account to transfer Windows 10, or you can enter your old key directly.
