I don’t have a specific link to provide without more context. Could you clarify which link you’re referring to?

It's also Ars: Even when warned against it, Windows 10 continues to engage with Microsoft.

The site is filled with anti-Western and pro-Russian content, acting like an international echo chamber. It resembles the style of InfoWars in Europe. Also, Windows 10 seems to have some issues.

Don't consider it a refutation. Please examine the data gathered and shared with MS more closely, and publish the findings publicly.

The information presented directly challenges the data while highlighting its flaws. This approach does not target the person but focuses on evaluating the evidence itself. The data remains untouched by such a critique.

Microsoft's statements alone don't provide sufficient rebuttal either.

Microsoft’s statements contradict any suggestion that they are not gathering this information. The ongoing transmission of data to their servers, the terms in the Windows EULA and Microsoft Privacy Statement, and the way Windows 10 modifies the hosts file to continue sending data despite blocking attempts all point to active data collection. Their replies acknowledge this behavior but appear to avoid a full, direct response.

They explicitly mention not prioritizing local files on your PC. It depends on uploading to OneDrive or using Outlook.
