Notice, the issue is that you haven't given tithes to the PC deity.

You're using an SSD instead of an HDD, and I've seen this problem before (it dropped from 17 seconds to around 30 seconds recently after a BIOS update). Have you made any changes? Another possibility is a virus slowing down your load times. I haven't had that issue on an SSD, but I did on an HDD where it took about 12 minutes to open windows due to malware affecting performance. Reinstalling resolved the issue. I'd suggest checking for suspicious activity on your SSD by monitoring its usage, especially during gameplay or other intensive tasks, to spot any unusual read/write spikes.

I’m using the MX300 and will keep an eye on my performance while gaming. I’ll reach out once I’ve tested it. I’m also using driver booster 6, so I should check for any updates or changes.

During the process of uploading, if you notice a rapid increase then drop in usage while the data is being prepared, there may be a problem. This behavior should not appear during normal operation.

To observe the experience while using it, you can load BFV and notice how it feels in real time.
