I’m not sure about any differences in performance, it just felt very smooth compared to Windows 8. I upgraded my notebook around late 2011 and my Franken-desktop with components from a decade ago if we count my everlasting rosewill case. I haven’t tried virtual desktops yet and have only just begun using Cortana, but they look promising. I’m excited about the upcoming omeg dx12 releases too.

I needed to perform a reset and partially erase the system using the built-in utility since the installation became corrupted and caused odd problems. It left behind a clean HTML file of all previous programs, which is helpful. I’m not sure if 8 did the same, but it’s good that I can still restore things easily!

It was quite seamless. With a few unrelated issues, I still enjoyed a great experience.

I wouldn't understand—it messed up the installation halfway through and went back to version 8.1.

The most comfortable change for you was a quick jump from 7 to 10 in just a few days.
