I understand it's still the launch phase and things should resolve, but I wanted to share this in case someone facing the same issues has found a workaround. Since I upgraded from Windows 7 yesterday, I've experienced no sound on my laptop and two-finger scrolling isn't working on Edge, Settings, or the Start menu (possibly elsewhere too). My machine is an Asus N55S. While many are tired of these Windows 10 updates, if anyone has dealt with similar problems, it could help both of us. Thanks!

It appears you performed a fresh installation of Windows 10. Visit your laptop maker’s site to obtain the necessary drivers or tools for your touchpad. (Enhancer or similar) Check the manufacturer’s website for your motherboard/laptop site and download the required drivers.

It seems you're looking for the latest updates. Visit ASUS's site, locate your laptop, and install the touchpad and sound drivers.

The setup wasn’t smooth, I opted for the free upgrade, leaving the drivers intact. Regarding the drivers, I attempted to update my synaptic, removing version 15 and trying to install 17, but it failed so I reverted to 15. The scrolling cursor icon seems aware it should move, yet it doesn’t function properly. It works in all my previous programs. All audio drivers look current.
